In recent news, British researchers claim to have developed an 8 week diabetes reversal diet. It is a 600 calorie per day diet. I am going to chronicle my journey as a young type 2 diabetic on this new 8 week diet. Wish me luck! Tuesday, August 23, 2011. 8 Weeks is over! My blog is not over.
